  • Our tours do operate rain or shine and we have ponchos available to purchase for a dollar in our office. We do not offer refunds due to weather unless we cancel the tour.

  • Visit of the San Lorenzo Market (The primary bottom level market area closes at 2pm. For the afternoon/evening tour, we will visit the upstairs part of the market. If you wish to visit the daytime market, please choose the morning tour.)

What you can expect

Savour the bohemian atmosphere of the historic Brera district as you explore Milan's best bars and food shops. Enjoy bite-sized versions of local delicacies, including delicious meatballs, wafer-thin slices of Parma Ham, and refreshing artisan beers. This is a must-do tour for food lovers.

In the historic centre of Milan, not far from the Duomo (Milan Cathedral) and the Sforza Castle, follow your guide along cobblestone streets of the Brera district, a trendy area crowded with lively bars, antique shops, and colourful street markets. Here, learn more about the Italian culture of food and visit some of the best food shops of the area.

Sample traditional Italian treats such as melanzane alla parmigiana (fried aubergines with parmesan and tomato), mouth-watering meatballs, traditional Milanese dishes, and delicious gelato.
