Minors under 18 yrs must be always accompanied by an adult and may not consume alcohol on this tour.
The market is only open during the day, so if you wish to see the market, please book the morning tour since we cannot visit the market at night.
Our tours do operate rain or shine and we have ponchos available to purchase for a dollar in our office. We do not offer refunds due to weather unless we cancel the tour.

Visit of the San Lorenzo Market (The primary bottom level market area closes at 2pm. For the afternoon/evening tour, we will visit the upstairs part of the market. If you wish to visit the daytime market, please choose the morning tour.)
What you can expect

In the historic centre of Milan, not far from the Duomo (Milan Cathedral) and the Sforza Castle, follow your guide along cobblestone streets of the Brera district, a trendy area crowded with lively bars, antique shops, and colourful street markets. Here, learn more about the Italian culture of food and visit some of the best food shops of the area.
Sample traditional Italian treats such as melanzane alla parmigiana (fried aubergines with parmesan and tomato), mouth-watering meatballs, traditional Milanese dishes, and delicious gelato. Then do as locals do and enjoy a proper Milanese-style aperitivo, the tradition of pre-meal drinks paired with snacks. With a selection of artisan beers or cocktails, savour a sophisticated finger-food buffet at the gorgeous art bar “Le Biciclette.”
