What you can expect
Pilates is an excellent training for a balanced and flexible body, where you train your core (abdominal and back muscles) with every exercise. With Pilates the focus is on coordination, stability, posture, breathing and the balance between body and mind. Through Pilates you learn wrong postures and bring your body back to a natural balance. These lessons are extra special, because they take place in a hot-cabin.
