What you can expect

Head to Seoul and enter OME Cooking Lab. OME means five tastes, which are sweetness, sourness, bitterness, saltiness, and spiciness. Follow instructions from professional chefs. Explore And Yangnyeong Market(Korean herb medicine market), Gyeongdong Market(food ingredient market) with local guide.
Learn about the five kinds of Korean food and create three main courses based on the season. Then, enjoy your own food and share with your group. Master Korean cooking today!

Class Introduction
Each course includes five courses (three main courses and two seasonal meals), and you will be cooking and sharing with other participants. If you have any allergies or special needs, please inform in advance when booking to adjust the menu.

Monday: Samgyetang, kimchi, seafood pancake, kimchi pancake, seasonal side dish
Tuesday: Kimchi-jjigae, seafood pancake, bulgogi, japchae, seasonal side dish
Wednesday: Gimbap, tteok-bokki, sundubu-jjigae, bulgogi, seafood pancake
Thursday: Kimchi, suyuk, soya bean paste soup, japchae, seafood pancake
Friday: Bibimbap, bean sprout soup, bulgogi, seafood pancake, seasonal side dish
Saturday: Grilled meat, seasonal Korean soup, seafood pancake, japchae, seasonal side dish
Sunday: Korean Dessert Class (Rice cake, Bean paste flower, Traditional tea)
