Staff very kind but it is a mission to redeem digital tickets when you are on holiday and haven’t access to a printer.

The palace was beautiful. Very rich in details. However the tickets didn't give me the right to skip the line. I had to wait in line like everyone else. I didn't see any advantage in buying it with expedia. Next time I will buy at the place.
