What you can expect
Want to train with a high intensity in a short time. Then high intensity interval training (HIIT) is perfect for you! It is a training in which low intensity intervals are alternated with high intensity intervals. The exercises vary per lesson, so you are constantly being re-cast. Due to the high intensity at which the intervals are performed, the heart rate increases, resulting in a maximum fat burning. HIIT is the ideal lesson when you want to lose weight and improve your fitness. This lesson is extra special because it takes place in a hot cabin.
