  • Your London Explorer Pass is fully digital! Simply download and display it on your phone or print at home. Show it at the gate or ticket office to be scanned and you’re in.

  • For the best experience download the Go City app on your phone (full instructions on your post-purchase voucher).

  • Your Explorer Pass is loaded with 2, 3, 4, 5, or 7 credits which can be redeemed against attraction visits. One attraction visit equals one credit used.

  • You may visit each attraction once.

  • The hop-on hop-off bus tour is valid for either Golden Tours or Big Bus Tours, but not a combination of both. The tour is valid for 1 calendar day, not 24 hours.

  • You now have 2 years from purchase date to begin using your pass. After your first visit you have 60 days to continue using the remaining attraction choices purchased.

  • Children 2 and younger are complimentary at most attractions.

  • Advance reservations may be made for tours included on the pass; mention you are a London Explorer Pass holder.
