Our menu commences with freshly baked bread, olives, and a selection of seven meticulously cooked salads including carrot, white beans, potato, aubergine, cauliflower, and beetroot, The main course features the quintessential Moroccan lamb tajine and chicken tajine, both accompanied by couscous, an assortment of vegetables, and sweetened with raisins, offering a perfect balance of savoury and sweet, all rich in flavour and tradition. The dining experience culminates with a dessert of fresh oranges, bananas, and luscious strawberries, followed by aromatic mint tea and cookies, providing a refreshing end to the meal.
