What you can expect

Book your ticket to the Vermeer Centrum Delft Museum to see reproductions of Johannes Vermeer. Learn about the Dutch Baroque Period painter's life, techniques, and painting at this quaint museum.

Arrive at Vermeer Centrum Delft, a former Guild of St. Luke building, and speak with a volunteer to learn about the museum. Receive an audioguide and head to the basement where you'll watch a short film on Vermeer and Delft in the 17th-century.

Afterwards, see 37 painting reproductions by Vermeer. Learn about the artist's life and family, as well as the city he lived in. The ground floor of the museum is dedicated to Vermeer’s working method. Use a camera obscura to play with colours and perspectives and literally step into a Vermeer painting.
