It would have been easier to book direct with

Buckingham Palace to visit. A lot of waiting around, nearly an hour before we reached the entrance gate. A special 40 th birthday present turned out to be a very long day.

Great day, the waiting around was quite

disappointing as we thought we pre booked tickets it would be quicker but not true. However, Buckingham palace was a wonderful place to visit and the afternoon tea was wonderful and such a nice way to finish a fabulous afternoon.

I would not under any circumstances go through or

recommending using yourselves Expedia as it was a complete farce trying to get the tickets. As I do not live in London we then had to find Golden Tours which was difficult and in the end had to wait outside Buckingham Palace having phoned them a number of times. This nearly spoiled the whole experience. It would be simpler for Expedia or Golden Tours to send the tickets in the post. Extremely poor service!
