Cape Town is home to stunning natural features, a vast array of flora and fauna and some of the world's finest wine. Discover the rich cultural legacy that has shaped the city, all while appreciating the scenery, especially the virtually constant view of Table Mountain.

Day 1Begin your Cape Town adventure with an afternoon city tour – uncover the diversity of cultures in the South Africa Museum, located in the charming Company's Gardens. Savour the vibrant flea market and learn about the Muslim heritage in the colourful Malay Quarter. If weather conditions allow there is an option to ascend Table Mountain (extra cost).

Day 2Head towards Cape Point and pause at Hout Bay, a charming fishing port. Next, enter Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and observe the troops of baboons roaming in the fynbos shrubs. Watch for rare antelope and zebras. At Simon's Town take a stroll along the wooden promenade at Boulders Beach and meet the delightful resident African penguins.

Day 3Leave the city centre and escape to the spectacular scenery of the Stellenbosch wine region. Surrounded by mountains and filled with vineyards, the landscape is awe-inspiring. With a virtually limitless choice of wine estates to try, there will be time for at least 1 tasting session before your visit to the gourmet capital of South Africa, Franschhoek.

Day 4Check out of your hotel, have breakfast, then take the offer of an airport transfer to continue your onward arrangements or explore on your own.
