“Hotel Nacional is a lil outside the main buzz, which is nice if you want pool/beach time without the chaos. The building is cool, the ocean views are insane and it’s still easy to Uber into Ipanema or Leblon when you want more energy. My tip: Book a seaview room and spend a slow morning by the pool before heading into the city.”
