Straight forward and could book easily. But prices on the map pins like Hotels.com would have been helpful. And a filter for 24 hour front desk.

Site OK.However booked for one set of flights and a new and different set of timings soon appeared.These were less attractive but i felt i needed to take them.3days later another change.Proposing i sat at LHR for 8 hours on transfer from the USA. When i asked about the problem easy; I could sit Chicago for an extra 5 hours to cut my wait in LHR!!.The flight to Newcastle ( 0950;1115) was still being advertised on numerous sites days later.Was it an “OPERATIONAL PROBLEM”or……..8 weeks plus for refund!!

When I looked at hotels online, I found Premier Inn which showed one price, but when I went to the website it showed more expensive, however I got a
hotel at a better accurate price.
