The AC wasn't functioning, room boiling hot at 32 degrees celcius - no availability of a fan and rude staff - as if they are keeping you in the hotel for free. "The hotel was in a quiet suburb with a Chinese buffet restaurant opposite. Well used furniture and as a non smoking room, the evidence of burnt butt marks on the bath edges seen Noisy AC just adequate. Breakfast would have been better if omelette was provided. Good for a 3 star so no complaints."
