Absolutely incredible staff, food and atmosphere!

The room was very clean, super nice, all of the staff were accommodating and friendly. The food was top notch.

Everything was wonderful! We will be returning for a THIRD time very soon!

This was our 1st experience in PR. This house was AMAZINGLY beautiful and really show cased the outdoor space!! It was VERY clean, high quality linens. Had a nice cook space. The space it self was STUNNING!! The outdoor space was PERFECTION!!!! We actually booked for the lounge net area, and it did not disappoint!! **Downfalls [we understand that somethings are out of anyones control so more of a FYI] -There was nothing "comfy" about the house. It is all cement: bed frame, entire bathroom so alot of sharp edges, the sitting area had maybe 3 inch foam with a canvas topper. When the floor had ANY moisture and you are bare foot YOU WILL FALL! In the master bath between the mirrors have open spaces straight to outside no glass or screen. Which allows natural to come inside the house. Lizards and frogs find there way inside daily. The doors are super heavy, difficult to open but again its a giant piece of glass of course its heavy. At no time did we feel unsafe, with that being said you are literally on top of a mountain alone. And thats scary to think about. Lets talk about the road. I had never been to PR so i was not aware of how tight and tiny the roads are. The drive to the house is TIGHT & STEEP!! Some areas are so steep our tires would slip while going up the incline! Only rent a SUV, our 4 door Nissan HARDLY made it, returned it for a SUV our 2nd day. Roads are unmarked and HARD to see the edge. The cell service on the way comes in an out as you go, dont rely on it.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Ola Boutique Hotel! From check-in to check-out, our experience was truly lovely. The “wonderful 9.0” rating on Expedia was truly for a reason and I’m glad I went off of the overall ratings when booking our 6 night stay. We were on our honeymoon and they were nice enough to give us a complimentary bottle of good wine. I highly recommend booking the suite if it’s for 2-6 ppl. The room was very spacious and the AC was too good haha. For our first room there were a couple of issues we had to address, but Francisco quickly resolved our problem by switching us to an even better room! We couldn’t have been more happier with the customer service and friendliness of ALL of the staff. A very special shout out to Francisco and Elliot! Thank you for everything and keep up your hard and dedicated work! When we return to PR we definitely will be back to pay a visit if we can. To all of the bad reviews mentioned, I’m truly sorry your experience was not to your standards or satisfaction, but I truly believe that you can not beat the prices for a more than decent stay at Ola Boutique Hotel. There are restaurants, stores and the beach nearby and were walking distance which was also great. Just some suggestions: adding built in shower curtains/a shower door or some kind of ledge for the showers, a dehumidifier for every room as needed and keeping breakfast supplies fully stocked daily.

Pool side seating was comfy. Great restaurants within walking distance.

Took my wife there for our five year anniversary. Hotel was great. Staff was great. Food was great. The island was great. We had a beautiful time.

I loved staying at the fairmont, they had complimentary items with our villa and a very comfy bed! Would absolutely stay again
