Lovely holiday spent at the hotel! It blends into the scenery perfectly. The food is delicious and the staff are so helpful and charming. The only issue (that effects the area) is mass tidal seaweed which slightly ruins the aesthetics and the water between about April - July - worsened, no doubt because rising ocean temperatures

It was great value. Clean and convenient. Food was delicious . People were friendly. A/C didn’t work well in one bedroom and we couldn’t get TV’s to connect to any streaming service and could not cast.

We visited here in 2009 and had the best experience ever, well 17 years later we hoped it would be much of the same. I can’t say our stay was horrible because it definitely was not. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves, but it was quite a different experience this time around. A lot of restaurants closed on certain days, and even only being at 30% capacity we waited nearly 45 minutes at a restaurant the concierge made us reservations at, but they didn’t have it on the books. The seaweed made it impossible to even step foot on the beach. The clear blue water days are over, unfortunately. While we enjoyed our time, it just wasn’t what we remembered years ago. I’m not sure if they have gotten so big they are spreading themselves thin or if it truly is that they are so short staffed due to being 44% down on tourism. I don’t want be entirely negative of the resort - Kampai and Jade were our most favorite places to eat. Most of the service was excellent. Again, we can to relax after many stressful days at work, and that’s what we got.

We had a wonderful stay at El Dorado Seaside Palms. We had a swim up room and greatly enjoyed it! The pool was wonderful, clean, cool, and we enjoyed the swim up bar. The property is beautiful and lush and well taken care of. The staff is very kind and helpful. The food was delicious. I highly recommend room service breakfast for a nice slow start to your morning. We would visit again.

Amazing resort, incredible staff, and the vibe was top‑tier. The swim‑up room? Mandatory. Non‑negotiable. Life‑changing. Now… the only thing that threw me off was eating breakfast while other guests were casually strolling around in the nude like it was a National Geographic special. It was my first au naturel experience, and let’s just say watching people prance around naked while I’m trying to enjoy eggs wasn’t exactly my personal vacation fantasy. But aside from the unexpected dinner‑and‑a‑show situation, the place was fantastic and absolutely worth the trip.

Clean room, Staff was very helpful. Concern: Between 11 am and 12pm No Breakfast or Lunch provided. On Check Out Day we need to have lunch between 11am to 12pm before travel!!

This resort was amazing it was my mother my son and I first time ever going to an all inclusive resort and it was breathtaking! We didn’t want to leave . Will recommend and come again .

The only thing that could have been better is the ocean. Due to this year's seaweed season being so bad the beach had a red flag out the entire stay and the seaweed was bad. One person said they waded through the seaweed to get to the water but we did not. We could see it all the way up and down the coast line for miles.

This is my 5th time staying at this property and just love it. Walking distance to the market. Staff are very polite! I celebrated my birthday with 11 friends. Give this property 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amazing staff. Amazing property. If you want absolute luxury and comfort this is your hotel. From the heated toilets with built in bidets to the amazing stone jacuzzis, from the fantastic hammocks to the pool lounge chairs and umbrellas, absolutely no expense was spared here. If you want an all inclusive with gourmet food and fantastic attentive service, look no further than Hotel Mousai.

Pillows and sheets had mold on them because it was so humid in my room. I asked for them to replace them and the next day I flipped them over to discover those were molded too! They don’t bother to clean their beach front it’s filled with seaweed so it really takes away from the white sand fantasy I had when I booked the trip. The towels were dingy, looks like they were white years ago but now beige. I had the Lagoon view. The hot water went out completely and a service man came to repair it promptly. Upkeep in general not good. Rusted spots in multiple places, chips in floor tile, stained grounds outside, bad patch jobs on the walls The room was so humid it welted my passport Cheap plastic patio furniture on the patio for the lagoon view room. Steakhouse restaraunt was off the water beautiful view but the fans were broke so it was muggy and my waiter was dripping in sweat , very unsanitary. Servers wear hairnets . The food is actually pretty good for a resort. No top shelf liquor offerings at the bars only cheap well liquor. Not a terrible place but expect a budget friendly experience here. The humidity in the room was absolutely unbearable for me, I considered just finding a nearby place to stay instead but I stuck the wet nights and the molded sheets out. Yuck! Poole also closed at 7pm
