(33 reviews) A bit of a drive from the airport. Reception area and staff were amazing. Grounds are beautiful and well kept. Rooms are very clean and spacious, only tea no coffee in rooms. Beach area was nice with beautiful sunsets. Bought items from ‘locals’ on the beach. Booked a massage and to our surprise, the local vendors were also our masseuses. The restaurant staff could use a bit more training, English was a challenge so my husband had a hard time getting guaranteed gluten free items. Service was also very slow at best. (20 reviews) Top notch food, customer service, facilities, and atmosphere. The food is delicious and rotates every meal. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean. Customer service is great and the staff do their best to accommodate. We had a 4 year old and a 9 month old and they put an extra bed in the room for us. I highly recommend the excursion to Nose Iranja, not only will you see a beautiful beach but you’ll also get a fantastic seafood lunch arranged by the hotel. Fabrice saved us as we were struggling to communicate with the staff in French. He checked on us regularly and helped us with special arrangements that we needed. The hotel offers several entertainment activities including aquatics, dancing, and fire show at night. Highly recommend this place especially for families.
