8.8/10 Excellent! (1,013 reviews)
breakfast was good. The room was clean. We had a little bump in the road because they didn’t find my reservation because I got there so late so I would at least suggest calling them and letting them know that when you’re coming late that you are still coming so they don’t mark you is not coming and give you your room away other than that it’s great

9/10 Wonderful! (537 reviews)
I booked this to enjoy a special experience - however, the place was not friendly to black people and the staff seemed to question my belonging. Money is green. I paid for luxury but got the cold shoulder. The internet in my room didn’t work as well.

The apartment was very clean and appropriately stocked for my stay. The parking garage was dimly lit and available spots for guests to park were sometimes hard to find. The check out process was confusing as the app gave ambiguous directions. Luckily when calling their helpline, the agent could walk me through the process. Overall the stay was pleasant and I most likely would stay there again.

Exceptional Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Welcoming!
I had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn! From the moment I checked in, the staff were extra pleasant, welcoming, and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed for a smooth visit.
My room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout my stay. It’s always a relief to check into a hotel that takes such great care of its spaces. I truly appreciated the top-notch hospitality and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!
