Hotel was totally 5 star beautiful facility in the central location, spacious and quiet room with super helpful staff and amazing breakfast but the spa was time limited with no bars and variety of features were scattered around multiple building far way which was very confusing to navigate.

I used to come here when I was a teenager with my parents and now I got to bring my child.
It never disappoints! There is an abundance of activities for adults and for children, truly a gem!

The room we stayed in had hair left in the bathroom all on the floor and in the shower. There was ripped hole on our pillow case. Also the spa services were alot harder to book than what was advertised. Overall it's about a 3/5 stars from me.
