We discovered in the morning that there were somebody else's used sanitary towels in the bathroom bin. The bin in the room also haad rubbish in it. Also the packet soap had been opened and presumably used as the packaging waas in the bin. there was no shampoo.
When we complained at reception the receptionist was very unhelpful and basically got cross with us when we pushed the point showing us the QR code we could use to complain.
