Lakeland - Winter Haven Yoga Holidays

While the staff was kind and helpful, the property was run down and unkept. Our room had mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, and the sink did not drain properly. The room was quite banged up - from picture frames, to corners of furniture and marks on the walls. Valet was unorganized with long wait times, even when requesting the car in advance from their texting service. Additionally, only one elevator was working - leading the long waits amongst others in the hotel. Again, staff were exceptionally nice, but the overall condition of the property was unacceptable.

The property was clean and the room was very nice. There was a restaurant in the hotel. The only parking is valet only, which we were great with. The roof has a bar and amazing sunset views of the beach on one side and the bay on the other. The only problem we had was that our check-in was delayed because our room wasn't ready and we had to wait in the lobby over an hour. The staff at the front desk didn't seem to care. The valet staff were phenomenal. They were so friendly and quick.

A great place for families. Rooms are small but that’s ok! Cortez at the sandbar was the best! Love that the beach chairs and umbrella come with your room- just plan on waiting at the hut for them to set up! Pools are small.

Staff is very helpful offering concierge services throughout the stay. Very welcoming when coming in and out and they remember who you are.

The property was nice, easy parking, very nice helpful staff, convenience store is essential. The carpet needs cleaning. The elevator and waiting are need AC urgently. This was awful; no AC in elevators.

I stayed here before and the experience was wonderful…I’m here 2 yrs later…TOTAL DECLINE of staff, cleanliness and overall experience and quality. Pay almost $200 and you’re NOT getting your money worth. You have to pay EXTRA $20 for parking…mind you, you’re paying almost $200 and I can’t get parking? Room is somewhat dated (not too bad but yes it needs updating) Bathroom had mold around tub, Staff wasn’t friendly…except the ladies at the bar…excellent customer service! But, now because of this experience…I won’t be back I will stay elsewhere.

Everything was good and we really enjoyed our stay.
