Our stay was three days, the staff were friendly and very helpful from the moment we arrived.
The pool and spa areas were superb, and having Black Forest Gateaux with a pot of tea by the pool was not something we expected to be able to do - but very memorable.
The breakfast was epic, it’s plain to see how very proud the chefs are, and this is reflected in the quality and range of breakfast items available.
We had guest e bikes (at no charge) we explored the local forest area, this made the hills very easy to navigate - the bikes were of excellent quality.

Smart but comfortable, efficient and friendly. Beautiful hotel and grounds, and all the staff were great at their jobs (and nearly all spoke very good English). Pool and spa area were a great experience.
Breakfast buffet was very very good. Dinner was not cheap but very good cuisine. No idea how some people managed lunch on full board as well!?

"The room was spacious and comfortable, but certainly not worth the price nor rating of a 4.5 star hotel. Hotels.com boasted "4 restaurants" while in actuality there was only one restaurant with 4 different sitting areas with the same menu and you could not choose in which area you wished to sit. ..."
