The hotel is quite lovely and they look after the grounds and facilities. It’s in a beautiful area but not a beach resort - beach is 5 min drive. The pool is very small for a large 5 star resort and the food choices are very limited unless you want to eat at fancy Michelin star restaurants. The area is very remote but close to a few good beaches and a couple of nice little towns. I probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in an historic old building. Extremely attentive staff. Very convenient location.

This property is disgustingly dirty and low end. Not worth my time even pointing out how gross it was. The staff are on a different level bad.

Had the manager come into the breakfast room to say hello to everyone BUT my table… I brought this up at check out and her excuse was because I was eating she didn’t want to disturb - mind you the breakfast room is at MOST 8 small tables ( very intimate) while the other guests were eating she had lovely conversations with every single one of them BUT me. Terrible terrible customer service… they pick and choose who to give great service to. Overall beautiful stunning property & would love to come back BUT that manager left a bad taste & unfortunately I had already recommended other people to this property. As a travel reviewer who has been to several luxury properties, I would say this one in Mallorca disappointed me for service. There are several stunning quiet luxury stays in Mallorca that take customer service seriously.

We had the room with 2 bedrooms and it was perfect for our family. We could make our own breakfast and prepare food for the day in the kitchen. Beds comfy and they catered to our toddler with a cot and we could borrow a high chair. Towels available and drinks. Great location. We really enjoyed our stay!
