We stayed for one night prior to cruise departure. The staff were helpful, friendly. All room and amenities spaces were clean and neat. When we thought that we'd left something behind, all email responses were quick and helpful. The hotel was within walking distance to food, activities, and the cruise ship pier.

Room is OK but the curtains need to be fixed.

We celebrated my birthday with 40 plus people and everything was awesome- the attentiveness and responsiveness of the hotel management and staff, the food was exceptional, the decorations elegant and most beautiful, the service was friendly and attentive and always helpful as needs arose. It was an all around the exceptional experience.

Very nice hotel but breakfast on a Sunday was hectic and waited over an hour for our breakfast.

i enjoyed the view of the water, also walking alongside the water to all the excellent restaurants made my stay very nice. the lobby where you could just read a book and have something to drink. The breakfast is excellent. staff also very friendly. shops 10 min walking or the tram just in front of the hotel.

Good hotel with big rooms, air con was broken so had to change rooms but that was okay. Let a lovely note and macrons for my partners birthday

The rooms were well equipped, clean and well presented. The air-conditioning worked well. There was a bit of a funny smell in the room which I think comes from the fact you can't open the windows so no fresh air can get in. Breakfast was fantastic and the kids loved it. It was a good hotel and we'd stay there again.

Rahman was the absolute best when we stayed at this property, we ended up coming back super late and had no food and he took amazing care of us. Property was nice nothing too fancy but we only stayed for one night. Perfect if you’re going to a concert nearby! 10/10 for Rahman
