The unit itself is beautiful. The bedrooms and bathrooms are gorgeous with really nice furnishings. The showers are really nice and each bedroom has an attached bathroom, which is very convenient. There were a few issues with cleanliness in the unit and the pool. We had stained washcloths in one bathroom, the sofa fabric is pilling and we found several items on the kitchen floor that hadn't been swept up. The pool filter doesn't appear to work well at all. We continually skimmed the pool but there was still dirt and leaves in the bottom of the pool that never went away. The pictures in the listing show the pool as having an attached hot tub. It does not. It also shows loungers by the pool, but there are none. I did call the front desk to advise them of this. I asked for loungers to be delivered but they will not do that as it seems it's the responsibility of the owners to provide those. They didn't have much to say about the pool not having the hot tub, even though it is advertised as having one so that was disappointing. The resort lobby is beautiful and check in was fairly easy. The resort pools and hot tubs were very nice as well. The pool bar food and drinks are expensive ($40 for a drink and hummus appetizer) and an automatic 20% gratuity is automatically added to all orders. Something to keep in mind. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely do it again, although I would not rent this particular unit the next time.

We have enjoyed staying at Reunion Resort for several years but unfortunately, our most recent experience fell far short of our expectations, despite the $69.11 refund provided. We encountered several significant issues. Pet concerns: My 94 year old mother found two cockroaches in the bathroom. Additionally, as we were leaving for breakfast, we noticed a yellow jacket nest on the ceiling, which we reported to the front desk. Air conditioning issues: The air conditioning system was malfunctioning. While the second floor rooms were cool, the first floor remained very hot. The unit turned on and off every five minutes throughout the entire night, making it impossible for us to rest. Given our long-standing loyalty to Reunion Resort, we were very disappointed by these conditions.

The room was really nice. The refrigerator didn’t work and neither did the ice maker. They fixed the refrigerator but not the ice maker. We ended up washing the towels no room service at all. Plus we emptied the trash. The pool was awesome. I guess for the money you paid I expected a little more.

We loves our stay. However, this is def not a 5 star restaurant. As I have stated, I have stayed at a 5 star before and this hotel is not. My main reason being is because of cleanliness. As soon as we walked in, I noticed what had looked like something was spilled on the floor,. Then when we went in the room, I noticed the floors were dirty. Also, the shower had mold and the bathroom floor had a layer of dirty and crud in it that needed to be clean. When asked how my stay was, I told them the desk that it was “ok.” I was asked why it was only okay and I let them know that standards of cleanliness did not meet a 5 star rating. I could tell the man at the desk was not happy w me,
