The property is really old and can use some updating. The location is great but the building and rooms are old and have a smell. Not worth the money.

The property was in excellent condition, with all utilities of a high standard. All communication prior to and after arrival were first class. The check-in procedure was clear and simple and without any problems. The location was very good for us, reasonably close to the main attractions, with public transport nearby if required. There are also shops nearby for groceries etc if required. Overall, the apartment contributed greatly to a lovely stay in New Orleans

Although this is a very nice and convenient location and right next to shopping and eateries, be mindful that this hotel is on a cashless system and that can be costly on top of mandatory destination fees per day.

Great hotel the room was great with all the amenities. The hotel is easily walkable to great shops, bars, and restaurants. The pool deck is really great with great service and was a great mid-day cool down on a hot day.

Everyone was nice and treat my wife and I very well

The only complaint i have is that i had to change rooms the next day becouse my tv was not working. They came in to fox it, but couldn't after spending more than an hour trying m. It caused me to miss an excursion that i had planned fir my fiance and I & nothing was compensated.
