Very pleasant stay, great location for dining, entertainment and walking around. Staff were extremely helpful, responsive and friendly. Roof terrace was nice. Bit short on amenities but if it’s just a room you need in a great location then this is a great option.

Poor customer service, I received no friendly response from any staff. Really disappointed has nothing to do with the NY Palace I used to stay decades ago. Won’t stay again.
