Very spacious, kitchen has everything you need including many pots and pans and other kitchen utensils. Staff are very responsive over whatsapp - perfect accommodation for a small group.

The hotel is really nice in general. We had a Sweet (bigger, nicer, more expensive) but noticed right off the mat, but it felt very hot (lots of windows, but also a lot of radiant heat from the sun. The air conditioner did not seem to be working very well. We asked them to check it on night number three, and they said everything was fine. But when we got back from dinner, it was very very hot. It was definitely cooler outside than inside, so we had to open all of the windows to let a little cool air come in, and threw the blanket on the ground and used only a sheet. It was still super hot all night, and loud as well because of surrounding noises. We hardly slept at all.

If you are looking for a hotel with great support and help from the staff this is it! This is the reason why we prefer hotels and not short-term rentals and the staff lived up to expectations. It also is a new and stylish hotel that is a little away from the crazy crowds which we loved as well! A must visit! Kevin

Great location. Except for the fact there is a massive building project on the adjoining wall. It would have been nice to know that before booking. As at 0800 the Roto Hammer’s start a massive concert is n jackhammering noises. And this project will be ongoing for some time. If this would have been known before hand? I wouldn’t have booked. As I spent a lifetime in construction and wanted to leave the noise behind me. In affection, the A/c is more of a suggestion as it wouldn’t cool the room off as it should. I also ended up having to empty the water collection for the a/c 3 times. If not? There would have been gallons of water spilled on the floor. This was not disclosed about having to preform preventative maintenance. Check in? Was after 1500, not by much, but then they are strict about Che k out time they should be as strict about check in time. For the price? The value just wasn’t there.

We got off our cruise ship and walked to this hotel. It's only a 10-minute walk, but be aware you will be pulling your suitcases on cobblestone. It's definitely doable, but be aware. We stayed for 4 nights. This hotel exceeded our expectations!. It was very nice and the staff was always helpful! It's in a great location that is fairly flat. You don't even have to walk a block to eat at a different restaurant every night. If I come back to Lisbon, this is where I will stay!
