Really enjoyed our stay at the Gran Melia. They made you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. The amenities are great. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Staff was absolutely excellent from the young door man to check in staff and Bona Vista restaurant and bar. Very reasonable prices for lunch and dinner. Included breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. Plenty of hot water. Strong shower. All inquiries or issues annswered / resolved very quickly. As in only one bath towel - 2nd delivered in under 3 minutes. A long drive to Kilimanjaro. Probably 3 hours.
