Overall environment and cleanness of the hotel is great. However, service of staff at restaurants have to be improved

Excellent location and staff, however the carpet is a little dirty

Room is not ventilated, was extremely stuffy and air-conditioning not working. But staff was friendly and after several discussion, offered to upgrade to another room type which allow us to open the window for more ventilation. Breakfast can be quite messy and chaotic when it's crowded, they should have better managed the crowd.

The bedroom lights should be better improvised as it really hurt our eyes laying in bed, it shines directly onto the eyes . In my opinion it should be shined on the walls to create textures and a good ambience. Overall , it’s good just that we had bad experience with the lighting and hope it can be improved by their execellent team.

The hotel is pretty old in general and sort of poorly maintained. First is the blackout curtain was not properly postioned in the slot, it woke me up as soon as the sun rises. Then nearly half of the sockets are too loose to use. Can you believe the socket for the hair dryer is unuseable????? I have to plug it to a socket outside the washroom that's near the floor area.... This is really subpar as a Banyan Tree...

Great location, hotel is modern and lovely staff. Some in key ares dint speak English very well, which was frustrating. Breakfast was ok, but not stunning, and room service food we got was not to good standard. But would def stay here again, got given an upgrade as our room wasn’t ready when we arrived.

Beautiful hotel, centraly located. They respond quickly to any request but not always able to help. I explained to them my own disappintment and they responded by promising to try to get better. Will see next time.
