I've stay here a few times now. The resort is really nice, the staff is top notch, and they have about 5 different restaurants to choose from. The breakfast buffet is really good, so is the lunch and dinner buffet. The Italian restaurant in the lobby is nice, the Asian restaurant is nice, but the Steak House has been a let down every time I've gone. Sadly... There are two pools, one seems to be the relaxing pool, and the pool next to the bar is definitely the party pool. It has a very nice beach that you can walk either direction for a good ways. Also, it is not within walking distance to town, so you'll need to get a taxi.

The hotel was very safe, and the staff was always very friendly. The only complaints I have are that the lounge chairs in the beach area were very old/dirty, and that the restaurants only opened on certain days. But even with all that, our experience was very pleasant. El hotel muy seguro, el personal muy amable siempre, las únicas quejas que tengo es que los camastros en el área de playa estaban muy viejos/sucios y el hecho de que los restaurante solo abrían determinados días. Pero con todo y eso nuestra experiencia fue muy placentera.

Four Seasons Punta Mita: A Mixed Experience Our recent stay at Four Seasons Punta Mita left us with mixed feelings. While the resort's beauty and the exceptional staff were highlights, we encountered a few issues that detracted from our overall enjoyment. The pool area, despite its stunning appearance, presented some challenges. We noticed algae at the bottom of the main swimming pool**, which made the surface slippery and a bit concerning. Additionally, a pronounced sewage smell was noticeable even when we were in the main pool, which was quite bothersome. We also felt the pool area was understaffed, making it difficult to get assistance when needed. On a very positive note, the staff was truly amazing. Jonathan by the pool and our concierge Patricia deserve special recognition for their outstanding service and attentiveness. Their dedication significantly enhanced our experience.
