This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Cairo! From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everyone made us feel so welcome. The reception team, especially all the boys, were incredibly kind, friendly, and went out of their way to help with absolutely everything throughout our stay. A massive thank you to Mohammed and Mostafa for their outstanding hospitality—they truly made our experience unforgettable. The room and bathroom were spotless and cleaned to a very high standard every day. One of the absolute highlights was waking up to the magnificent view of the Pyramids from the comfort of our own balcony. It was breathtaking and made our stay even more special. The service, cleanliness, and hospitality exceeded all of our expectations. If I ever come back to Cairo, I will 100% be staying here again because I know I’ll be well looked after.
