Excellent service upon arrival. Beautiful property with gorgeous views the beach. Hospitable with friendly staff who are attentive to your needs. Every meal was delicious with great flavors. Good variety of menu offerings each day.

The property is very nice and clean.
Staff service is a bit inconsistent — some are super friendly and efficient, while others are quite slow, making it feel like they’re not in a hurry to help. No one was rude, but at times it took a long while to get a drink or be served.
The food is not great, but not terrible either. You won’t go hungry, though the variety is quite limited. The French restaurant, Italian restaurant, and lunch buffet were the best options. The coffee shop staff stood out — always welcoming with big smiles.
Tip: make sure to bring bug spray with you.

The resort was everything I imagined—and more. After seeing the ad on TikTok and reading the glowing reviews, I was sold and knew I had to experience it for myself.
I’d like to give special recognition to the following staff members who went above and beyond to make our stay truly unforgettable:
Merrick, Laurence, Becky, Sabrina, Vadie, Rehanna, Saskia, and Cashmir. (I didn't get the names of two additional ladies, they are usually together and one is from Egypt as they too deserve recognition).
A heartfelt thank you to each of you for your outstanding customer service. Your warmth and professionalism made this experience an absolute joy for both my better half and me. We’re incredibly grateful!
