Amazingly helpful staff. Great room and an ideal location. Would be my top pick if staying in the area again.

Room very nice but not very well designed. Bed and couch on a riser- not the floor- requiring a step up to get to each. Everytime you got up at night- a light would come on and stay on for 10 minutes. Safety so you don’t fall- but should we really have a bed on a riser? Found the light on disruptive to getting back to sleep. Very dark room- not well lit at all. No makeup mirror Slippery marble floor shower- ask for a rubber mat- which we finally got the day before our stay ended Great access to pool and beach Great service in hotel and beach Great service from the house car Very pleasant staff Mini bar beverages not cold- required ice to chill No ice machine- but they brought the ice to you if you called and requested Nice roof top pool but music was too loud to enjoy. Could not eat at Watr restaurant - roof top-due to the loud music Reserved a shower room to freshen up after check out our last day- but did not get one- had to use the gym for getting cleaned up for our flight- lot of disorganization around this entire situation. No one ever offered and explanation on what happened- did not have time to investigate- trying ti get to airport. Great location and vibe- we enjoyed our stay but would not stay here again.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. A true joy to experience. The hotels location was perfect and everything was nice. We appreciated their help with the noise from furniture. We would stay here again. Thanks for a lovely trip to Miami.

First day my room was behind the lift and I had a headache but staff did not refund me that stay . I am disappointed

Courteous staff. Great location

The problem is Flow Miami is NOT a hotel. The fact they call it one is very misleading. This is an apartment building that rents out some lower floor studio apartments as hotel rooms. There is a small desk at the front door but there are no basic hotel services. No phone in room. No safe. No internet. No normal hotel keys - you get a fob and are told its $100 fee if you lose it. No room service. No room cleaning - unless you pay $150 per occurrence. No restaurant or lounge. I tried to call down to the desk with the number provided but no one ever picked up. The service was mainly very young staff who seemed bored at the desk. I needed to store my bags for a few hours after check out and they wanted to put them in an adjacent room but they had no hotel bag check tags. I asked for some sort of slip confirming the bags the girl at the desk wrote a post-it-note confirming the number of bags, When I returned the girl sat at the desk and sent me into the room myself to retrieve my stuff. Not exactly secure or professional as other peoples bags were there. The room was fine if you just want a vrbo experience. But thinking you were arriving at a cool Miami hotel to discover you had been mislead when booking was very frustrating.
