La Isleta Waterpark Holidays

we stayed for 7 nights at the exe almeria and have no complaints at all, its within minutes of all the cathedral and other sites worth visiting and there are many, the hotel is very clean and easy to navigate, our room was lardge and well appointed with a view of the pool and the Alcazaba, breakfast was great with plenty of choice and replenished frequently ,coffee, tea, cold cuts, cheese, serials, various types of bread, fresh fruit, pastries, hot selection ( bacon scrambled eggs etc) plenty to start you day, the staff cant do enough to help, even took our cases to our room, 10/10 I would highly recommend.

This hotel not suitable for adults ,too much noise,swiming pool suitable for kids so this place is for family with kids.

This is possibly one of the worst hotels in Spain. Everything and I mean everything was awful. The building itself should be condemned or torn down. Ive stayed in Jails that were better than this place. The bathrooms were from the 1980s, the elevators are painfully slow, the pictures in expedia do not match reality, the breakfast and buffy is some of the worst food ever served in Spain. Only stay here if you have low standards or are a poor person and just happy to go on vacation.

Hotel is really nice staff are excellent rooms and spacious and great bathrooms breakfast food was cold but there was other food to eat . The grounds and pool are lovely not happy with loads of young tiny in the jucuzzi but ha hope.

Whilst the stay was ok, this property is very dated. Lots of noise around at night but not an issue if you are night owls but for those with children they may be kept awake as it is pretty loud, certainly was in my room.

Gym closed, shouted at for asking for an iron, and many amenities not available… otherwise a nice place to stay

As promised and we had a great experience

The staff we could not fault, very helpful and always a smile. Our room was dated and it seems the hotel doesn’t have any rooms with walk in showers and as we our in our late 70’s we do struggle having to step into a bath to shower. The worse thing about the hotel is its coffee. What they provide in the restaurant was un drinkable. The food was ok but hot plates to keep food are needed and a cool fridge is needed for cool food. A fan really isn’t the correct thing to use. Hence unless you managed to time it right as the hot food was put out very often it was luke warm. The pool bar was a little better but gave up after day 1 on the coffee. There are plenty of sun beds around pools and garden areas. Over all we did enjoy our stay but improvements need in restaurants and bedrooms. Also when I returned home I found that one of my purses was missing from my case, fortunately there was only25€ in it !! Hotel is in a great location on the beach with a lovely promenade. There are shops and bars close by as well.

Room was small but adequate. Bed extremely comfortable especially the pillows. Shower excellent. We opted to have breakfast in the hotel and it was lovely reasonable choice and top quality ingredients. Hotel is very well placed and the staff were very helpful.
