This is not my first stay here, and it certainly won't be my last. My family and I continue to choose this hotel because of the spacious rooms, great value, and consistently outstanding service. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, and the valet team deserves special recognition for their professionalism, kindness, and prompt service. They truly make every visit feel special. Hotel is in what they call old city (area looks colonial). There are many stores in the area for shopping. The hotel itself is nice. The staff was friendly. The pool was beautiful and I had a great time using the on site spa. The rooftop restaurant had good food and live entertainmen. The hotel was well kept.

Always a favorite place to stay the night before an international trip out of PTY. Love the reception area and tiki bar. Nice to have the small gift shop. Convenient shuttle runs every hour on the hour to the airport.
