Me gustó la estancia en general, solo que hubo unos cargos que no estaban acordados, no sé si fue porque hice la reservación por medio de expedía. Lo otro fue que por un poco de lluvia nos sacaban y cerraron por mucho tiempo.

This is the second time I’ve come here. The receptionist had a big smile through the whole check in process. I have yet to encounter any negative staff. Activities here are geared a lot towards kids but the grownups can have lots of fun with the bingo. I don t really have anything negative to say. They even have a lazy river. Bar prices are not ridiculous. Food was tasty. Even when I had an issue they rectified it. I’m beyond satisfied with my stay. Room was clean AC and washer dryer worked. No complaints.

The Hotel was great, the front counter guy was awesome. With that said the housekeeper must have let the suite next door slam shut while she was cleaning about 20-25 times. We even asked her to please put the cart in the way to keep the door opened while she cleaned. But didn’t. As we were taking a much needed nap after traveling. Also the swim up bar allows toddlers to play on the barstools. So not exactly adult time for others without kids.

"Great place to stay! Conor was the best at the front desk. We were stuck on our plane for a couple hours due to storms. I called the front desk and Conor was willing to get my Walmart delivery and bring it to our room and even put the milk in the fridge. Great customer service!"
