Good, not great. Staff was friendly. No air conditioning and it was very hot; we opened the windows but that added unwanted noises. Long night.

My most favorite stay in Ireland! From the moment you arrive it’s service service service. The staff are so accommodating and so service focused. The place is immaculate. It’s adorable and you feel like you walked onto a movie set. The room was super comfortable & spacious with everything that I needed. Great bed & very quiet. I highly recommend this property. Huge breakfast .

This is a beautiful hotel within a short distance of Kilkenny city centre. Rooms were well equipped, very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A full buffet and cooked breakfast were available and both breakfast and bar food menus were excellent.

A lovely experience in Ferrycarrig. Staff were lovely. Food excellent. Room was a good size. Shower could be better as water went from very hot to very cold in an instant! Overall, a very pleasant visit and I would return again.

Hotel was beautiful and comfortable. Staff were knowledgeable about the area and very helpful. Was very convenient for walking around town. The castle was right up the street and most attractions in town within a 5-15 minute walk. Parking very close and the cost was 12 euro for every 24 hours. The classic Irish bar was awesome with great live music. The welcome drinks were a nice touch. We checked out of the hotel and they were very nice about holding our bags until we were ready to leave town. Loved our stay here.

Helpful receptionist recommended places to visit in Waterford. Lovely outlook on to river , nice bar terrace, friendly bar staff, a bit busy as the football was on! Room cleanm, good breakfast, delicious porridge!

Great stay and a wonderful place. It's not a buffet breakfast so it can be a bit slow but that suits the pace of the place. Should perhaps leave butter, jam and marmalade on the tables. That's a fine critique but every little helps.
