Eastern Arkansas Waterpark Holidays

The room was clean and the housekeeping staff was friendly. From our room you could hear music from the street late at night, so if you try to get to sleep early, staying here or anywhere on beale street probably wouldn't be the best choice. Showers/bathtubs need to be updated as well, but over all the room was clean and maintained.

We had a fantastic experience! The hotel was exceptionally quiet and clean. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and we especially appreciated how well-stocked the room was with all the essentials for a multi-night stay.

Excellent choice. Perfect location. Great amenities. If given the choice, will plan to stay here again if my travels permit

Staff not super friendly but the site is lovely, will nice, spacious rooms. Good choice of eating places and the shuttles were handy. On staff...at gift store and information desk they seemed very annoyed to have to help you, but check in and out were easy and bartenders at EP's very friendly and fun.

Such a great experience at this hotel. We arrived after check in time. Unfortunately, our room wasn't ready. But the customer service was so special that we did not mind the wait. The young lady at the counter also gave us a credit to use at the hotel, due to our slight inconvenience. The location is perfect and the rooms are so nice, modern and clean! The hotel was perfect!

Enjoyed our stay, it’s a little different than traditional hotels as there’s no face to face communication at check in, which is nice in most aspects and different in others. But we enjoyed our stay all the same
