They should change the name. Not a palace hotel layout is confusing. Lobby, random old furniture just don’t look like a hotel. They med to spend money on common areas rugs, get rid of they lobby furniture and the two pots of ugly plastic flower at front entry is the first impression

I was surprised to see a lot of hidden fees . Also I had booked a room with South Strip View but was disappointed when I got to the room and saw it was with a garage view. I was too tire to call and complain. I don’t think I will be returning soon. Sad. ps. No wonder the strip was so empty

The hotel and the room are clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast great! I loved the central location, literally 5 minutes walk from St. Peter Basilica.

The rooms were extremely nice, spacious, renovated and clean. The staff was kind and helpful with any questions we had. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and worth the 13 euro!

The hotel was spotless and the staff were very nice. When we arrived there was a woman screaming in the lobby. Additionally the gym was new yet had a must order and down in the basement. It was called a spa yet not a spa. Breakfast beautiful and delicious as was the night lounge upstairs
