Southern Highlands Waterpark Holidays

My room was facing a little busy street and sometimes noise from cars were annoying.

it was a great location, loved it. Will definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay - it was a fabulous location, super comfortable beds & helpful staff (they let us check in 90 mins early for no extra cost!). If you prebook the buffet breakfast you get $4 off, so comes to $28pp. This is cheap for a hotel buffet, but the quality is so so. The coffee is also pre batched. If you prefer barista made coffee and you’re not short on time I’d recommend you skip the buffet. The bedroom was very clean, the bathroom has seen better days. The shower in particular was a bit discoloured and the shower head was very old and loud. Location was fantastic. There’s a nearby bar which played loud music but it stopped at 11pm on the Friday night. It was quiet Saturday night. This hotel, for its competitive price, was overall good and I’d stay here again.

Excellent service and wonderful experience staying there. Thanks

We love staying here. It's so handy to everything. The trains etc. We have stayed here 3 times as a family of 6. The only complaint I had was the live in guests below us were constantly smoking Marijuana and we were u able to leave out windows open as it would reak our room out. I did mention to staff on day 1 and nothing was done. I would stay here again regardless. But that was really annoying

Everything accessable good location, train station is walkable

The air-conditioner unit did not work with NIL sleep for 5 people on the 3 bedroom apartment. Expedia stated free parking however The Star would only allow one vehicle. Terms and conditions never stated one vehicle therefore The Star should of allowed another but this was bluntly refused.

it was a great location, loved it. Will definitely book again.

Bad room only suitable for one person with a cabin bag. Bad hotel - among other things, could do with a fire safety audit
