Horrendous customer service. As United States Citizens, they did not give us the two twin bed room that we booked for and instead said the “machine decides, we can do nothing” and the machine assigned us a king room (I.e. two attached twin bed frames with a single king mattress). We told them to get us to get us two twin mattresses, and they said no. Trash customer service. Breakfast top of the top (specialty salmon and nuts in addition to an excellent breakfast buffet), but we cannot recommend booking again due to trash customer service to citizens of US.

Excellent hotel all around. It’s hard to compare to any other 5 star hotel I’ve stayed it. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. Staff provide excellent customer experience and very attentive at all times. Excellent location in the heart of Amsterdam!

The lodge was spotlessly clean! Everything we needed for the week was there! Thank you for accommodating us with our separate and late arrivals

The Hotel in general was perfect. I stayed there with my friend for a weekend but unfortunately it wasn't really pleasant since we both got an Allergic reaction to something during the whole stay, we were sneezing the whole time when we stayed indoor and we were hardly breathing. Therefore we didn't really stay indoor although the weather was rainy and cold outside.. i complained to the staff and they asked me if they can do anything. I said i don't know, so basically the didnt offer us any alternatives or even changed the sheets or something.. i really loved the amenities but i guess it was not meant for us to enjoy them although it was a very pricey stay.

Stylish place. Very comfortable room and very helpful staff. 10 mins by bike to main sites like Rijksmuseum.
