(152 reviews) Exactly what we needed for our stay in Disney. Was first time we have stayed off property and besides not getting in to the park early, this place was great. It rained on us every day at the park and was nice to be able to through our jacket in the dryer! On negative i will say is the washer and dryer was loud HA! But other than that place had everythign we needed. Oh and fyi this place was not 3 bed rooms. It was 4! Maybe because it didtn have a bathroom? Not sure but was 4 bedroom 3 and half bath. HA kids liked havign there own rooms with own bathrooms. And so did I! Was thankful we was not crammed on an on park hotel with one room and one bathroom! Had 2 masters with Kings, one upstairs one down, and then the other 2 rooms was up stairs with one being two twins with bathroom then the other room was just a bunk. Would stay here again for sure. Also, not impressed having to pay a resort fee and then an additional $58 to play pickleball and another fee to play mini golf….but of course couldn’t play mini-golf because we had already removed our resort “amenities bracelet.” They did provide an early check-in and late check-out. (360 reviews) The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful when I needed anything. There is not a shuttle to pick you up and return back to the hotel, however they utilize Lyft to transport to and from which was not expensive at all. The hotel is 20 minutes from the malls and other shopping areas. The rooms are clean, comfortable and other than the traffic noise from 7-11 at night I slept like a baby. Debra was a lifesaver during my stay. (400 reviews) The staff, especially the manager was amazing. Expedia canceled part of our stay with the hotel, did not inform us, nor did they issue a refund. We found this out at 1am upon arrival. First, staff said they couldn’t help us and we were left without a room. Luckily the manager was able to handle everything and honor the stay. (3,229 reviews) We weren’t sure about this place when we pulled in but were pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms are. They have done some nice upgrades. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean and the furnishings were quite nice. The showerhead could use an upgrade as well but overall, I have no complaints about the room. It was nice to have a coffee maker, microwave, and a small fridge. Plus, as other people have pointed out, it was nice and quiet. I didn’t use the laundry, I saw that it was located in a hallway. I did notice there was a new washer and dryer in place. There is no breakfast but the pool area was very nice. Overall, we had a good few nights.
