This is not a 5 star. 4 at best. Older hotel, very hot, great views, fast elevator. Rooms were dark
Shower didn’t have conditioner, TV wasn’t plugged in, room was never cooler than 77degrees

Nice views.. but food at restaurant left a lot to be desired. Also staff presentation was terrible. They need uniforms and a dress code. Booty shorts, wrinkled clothing... its all a part of the experience and everyone looked like they got up out of bed and came to work. Take pride. Its managements fault ..

Great location. Pretty interiors. Some of the doors stuck and the ventilation was t great, but they are in the proIn the process of renovations. Pool is only open 11-7.
