great hotel, great staff, lovely rooms, we had a great time.

The staff in the main restaurant, Twist and Italian taverna were excellent, specifically Oksana in the main restaurant and Bill at Twist. The look and feel is nice with a lot of space. Christos the lifeguard is amazing. We had a minor emergency and he was very attentive throughout the entire stay making sure all was ok. He needs help as he is one person managing all four pools. Now for the not so good, upon entering our room the shower and bath floor were wet and there was a lot of hair like someone had just used it. Although we were told we had a nice room it happened to be the spot where all dirty linens from the rooms in the 700 block were placed. This was not a one off while cleaning, dirty linens were outside our room 24/7 along with the occasional mop and bucket. I felt every correspondence via email either directly or via Expedia came back with a no or not possible response even though the sign off was we are at your disposal. It was extremely disappointing and contradicted every other experience in Greece.

room was clean but a bit dated. things generally around the hotel are old but was overall okay. food was decent. had plenty of variety for veggie food which is normally unheard of. snacks were very good. and drinks were okay a bit weak and watered down. shame the slides were closed when we went even though there were plenty of kids around.
