Pamela is kind and welcoming! Bashir, the head housekeeper keeps modern room clean and stocked with amenities. It’s a small detail, but having a napkin for coffee service is outstanding! Perfect location, walked to all Churches and historic monuments. Rouen is fantastic and I highly recommend

Great little hotel right across the street from the train station. The front desk was SO NICE and helpful. The room is comfortable. Yes, it's noisy because it is by the train station where the unhoused congregate.

WiFi: For the rate charged for the room, WiFi should be straight forwardly offered without conditions, member sign ups or time limits.

Lift out of order, sauna out of order, jacuzzi unavailable, very slow service in the bar. Very comfortable and stylish room. Staff very polite and helpful. The hotel just doesn’t seem to be very well managed

Good for an overnight stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. Disappointed the restaurant doesn’t open at the weekend. We were however offered pizza. Breakfast was very good.
