The hotel has classic version and modern version in multiple buildings. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Lots good restaurant in a few minutes walking distance and opens until after midnight. The location is very close to main shopping street and restaurants. Our vacation was wonderful!

All rooms were clean when I checked in. The staff was very helpful since it was my first time to stay in a residential area in China, and had a lot of questions, ie how to open the door, how to use the washing machine, etc. The staff answered my questions within a minute.

Great location, hotel is modern and lovely staff.
Some in key ares dint speak English very well, which was frustrating.
Breakfast was ok, but not stunning, and room service food we got was not to good standard.
But would def stay here again, got given an upgrade as our room wasn’t ready when we arrived.

The hotel is pretty old in general and sort of poorly maintained. First is the blackout curtain was not properly postioned in the slot, it woke me up as soon as the sun rises. Then nearly half of the sockets are too loose to use. Can you believe the socket for the hair dryer is unuseable????? I have to plug it to a socket outside the washroom that's near the floor area.... This is really subpar as a Banyan Tree...
