The best experience we had was the hospitality of the staff we didn’t get to use the cabana we were offered however the staff did let us know when we come back we can have the cabana on them amazing service ❣️

Absolutely Exceptional! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes was nothing short of extraordinary! From beginning to end, every aspect of our experience was absolutely wonderful. The resort is breathtakingly beautiful, with an atmosphere of elegance, luxury, and relaxation that makes you feel truly pampered. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering an incredible selection of delicious, beautifully prepared food. The restaurants were equally impressive, with wonderful cuisine, beautiful surroundings, and attentive service that made every dining experience memorable. The pool and spa were simply spectacular, gorgeous oasis perfect for relaxing and experiences in their own right! Peaceful, luxurious, and beautifully designed, it was the perfect place to unwind and indulge in a little relaxation. What truly makes this resort special, however, is the extraordinary attention to detail and the genuine hospitality throughout the property. Every experience felt thoughtfully designed to make guests feel welcomed, appreciated, and cared for. The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes exemplifies everything a five-star luxury resort should be. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay, and we left with wonderful memories and a desire to return again and again. Absolutely flawless! We cannot recommend this beautiful resort highly enough!

I thought all of the houses at margaritaville were great until we stayed at this one. Not very well thought out. The roof leaked hard during a rainstorm. The backyard is a joke. No covered patio to ride out the storm. No sliding glass or french door. Just a backdoor to a stark pool. No extra blankets like they said there would be. And don't bother emailing all these items. I still haven't received a response. We ordered from target. We'll try reunion next time.

It was a great stay for me and my daughter’s vacation. Staff across the property were all professional, helpful and kind. Our pool experience was superb as well.

An excellent resort for a family getaway. Even though we didn't get a chance to explore all of the resort’s facilities, everything we experienced was fantastic, the prime location made exploring effortless. The property was spotless, and the warm, helpful staff truly made us feel welcome from start to finish. We would love to return. Highly recommend.....
