The location could not have been more perfect and the staff was incredibly helpful. They arranged for our taxi out at 4:30 in the morning and made sure we had breakfast to go with us. The breakfast was also very good. Pretty much a perfect place for exploring Riga.

Very cute hotel in an awesome location in old town. ! also Loved the decoration. The staff was amazing, breakfast was great! Our room was pretty but we had no windows! However, I would return if I had to go back to Riga.

Great price and location!

Bel hôtel, bien situé près du centre, avec déjeuner copieux et varié! Seul bémol, les travaux en cours qui nous ont empêché de profiter de la piscine.

We have stayed at the Pullman Riga before and had experienced noise between rooms and from the room above but due to a lack of accomodation availability and the renovation that had apparently occurred between stays we decided to give it another chance. On returning to our room to room in the evening ~10:30 we were greeted by the noise of screaming children from the adjacent room and regular noise from the room above. Hotel staff were very helpful in relocating us to a quieter room in the other wing of the hotel but on rising the following morning there was noise again from the room above. This just appears to be an issue with this property that may never be resolved. Aside from that it is a clean and tidy hotel in a great location with helpful staff.

The hotel was in the most perfect location to stroll into the hotel. All staff have been friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The breakfast is perfect and you could ask for them to prepare things slightly differently to how it was prepared on the menu. The rooms are specious and spotlessly clean. I can not fault anything. I would highly recommend a stay

It was bit of a shock that room was only going to be cleaned on demand or every four days, although the signs still all said leave towels on floor to be replaced. We had to rely on heated towel rail to warm room up. Although there was a radiator it wasn’t enough to heat rooms. Staff were lovely, very attentive and friendly. I must admit we only had breakfast on last day and regretted it. It was not worth the money…
