Great hotel One downside I dont like being charged For parking During my stay here Ridiculous

This was a great convenient spot. Comfortable and easy to communicate with while we were there. I would suggest grab bars in tub/shower for safety as it is a deep step in and out of shower.

Great location, not far from the tram that can take you downtown in about 30 minutes. Apartment was perfect and very very spacious.

Great location for tourists attractions. Very walkable area. A little noisy from vehicle traffic throughout the nightime.

The place is great for our 2 days stay, wish we were there for longer as it was the best of all places we stayed while visiting Scotland.

Great hotel!!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was in close proximity to the castle and other great landmarks, will definitely stay there again.

The price point is high for the room we had, which did not look anything like what was advertised. If you like being in the center of the tourist stuff, this is a good location, but there are other hotels close enough that are less expensive. Lovely building in the front (Grand Cafe), but that seems to be a facade. I checked the date of the last renovation and it was a long time ago, hence the impression that the place is just tired. And breakfast is not included.

Great area for people watching. Small grocery store next door was great! Beds were awful. Shower had something resembling mold. Shower floor caving in. Water didn’t drain completely and always felt like we would fall through at any moment. Bus stop at the front door, although convenient, always had to fight a crowd to get in or out the door. The stairs to the room were crazy. 49 stairs with huge suitcases was just too much. This would be a great little place for a night or two. I spent 10 nights and it was just too long to go without sleep because of the beds. I cannot stress enough how bad the beds were. And the lack of clean linens and towels was unacceptable.

A wonderful, airy and well kept apartment. It’s right in the middle of Edinburgh and a stones throw from the National Gallery. Shops are round the corner of all varieties. Restaurants, coffee shops to choose between. It was the ideal place to stay.
