Overall we thought it really good! On elevator not working was inconvenient but the staff was accommodating. Also, the Italian restaurant was really poor service & I had to take my daughter to get food at their regular buffet restaurant because they had not put in her order (nor asked about her when they delivered her brothers food). The resort overall is not child friendly and really miss on catering to families with younger children like us.
We really loved the entertainment. They were really good, energetic, and always delivered an excellent show at the theater. The singers are fantastic & dancers are non stop fun! We’d go again once our kids are older.
